A. Usupbayev, chairman of the Central Council of the People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party and chief of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of Kyrgyzstan, was elected chairman of the remembrance committee.

The remembrance committee decided to hold seminar on exploits and other political and cultural events on the occasion of the 7th anniversary of demise of Kim Jong Il.
