During the stay the delegation visited the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun to pay homage to President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

It also paid a courtesy call on Vice-Foreign Minister Im Chon Il and had negotiations with officials concerned.

Exchanged at the talks were views over the issues of developing the relations between the two countries with the tradition of friendship and cooperation through various fields and strengthening mutual cooperation in the international arena.

Meanwhile the delegation visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of Kim Il Sung, the Tower of the Juche Idea and other parts of Pyongyang City.
