The bulletin in an article titled "DPRK, Snow in December" noted that Kim Jong Il lived a snow-like life.

He devoted his all to the prosperity of the country and happiness of its people with his outlook on life as pure as snow to dedicate himself to the future, it said.

It noted that he worked day and night to glorify the DPRK as a socialist country centered on the popular masses and reliably defend the security of the country and happiness of its people from the anti-socialist offensive by the imperialist allied forces.

He, who was born at Mt Paektu and underwent all tempests of history, summed up his life at a train of journey for the people running in December of snowy storm, it pointed out.

It said the Korean people miss him with tears on their faces when it snows.

It noted that the Korean people have President Kim Il Sung, the founding father of socialist Korea, and Chairman Kim Jong Il in high esteem at the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun where they lie in state, full of the firm faith and will to remain true to their idea and cause to the end.
