According to the daily, the Japanese government's attempt for formulating the operation of an aircraft carrier by revising "defense program" means Japan's repossession of aircraft carrier, main force in the modern sea fight, after the Second World War.

The daily said it is clear that Japan's moves will increase military tension and trigger off arms race in Northeast Asia, so as to undermine regional stability.

It stressed that Japan should immediately stop its moves chilling the peaceful climate on the Korean Peninsula.
