Country-Selling Act of Supreme Court Disclosed in S. Korea
Pyongyang, December 8 (KCNA) -- According to south Korean CBS on Dec. 5, it was disclosed that the supreme court committed a country-selling act in the period of the former regime.

Im Jong Hon, the then vice director of the administrative department of the court, received a confidential document related with "south Korea-Japan agreement on claims" from a judge of the constitutional court in October, 2015 and handed it over to the side of a law office representing a Japanese war criminal enterprise.

In connection with this, the prosecution claimed that he illegally conveyed even the confidential document of the constitutional court to the law office representing the war criminal enterprise because there is greater chance for Japan's reparation for victims of forcible drafting in case the "south Korea-Japan agreement on claims" is judged to be illegal.
