Ri Su Yong Meets Vietnamese New Ambassador

Pyongyang, December 11 (KCNA) -- Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, met and had a talk with Le Ba Binh, Vietnamese new ambassador to the DPRK who paid a courtesy call on him on Tuesday.
