Congratulations to Prime Minister of Sao Tome and Principe

Pyongyang, December 11 (KCNA) -- Pak Pong Ju, premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, in a message on Monday congratulated Jorge Lopes Bom Jesus upon his appointment as prime minister and head of the government of the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe.
