The article was illustrated with a portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il.

The Russian internet website Patrioti Moskva carried an article titled "Politician with great moral obligation" illustrated with a portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il and a photo of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

The article said Kim Jong Un made sure that Kim Jong Il is held as the eternal image after his demise and February 16 is instituted as Day of the Shining Star.

The Bangladeshi newspaper The Daily Folk carried an article praising Kim Jong Un's noble moral obligation.
