Rodong Sinmun on Noble Traits of Korean People
Pyongyang, December 14 (KCNA) -- It is the rational duty and noblest moral obligation of the Korean people to hold Chairman Kim Jong Il in high esteem for all ages and remain faithful to him down through generations, as they grew up under his warm care, Rodong Sinmun Friday says in an article.

The article goes on:

The noble traits of our people sincerely upholding the leader have been fully displayed since the Korean nation suffered a great loss. The revolutionary traits of our people who devote themselves to implementing the cause of immortalizing the leader with ardent yearning for Kim Jong Il clearly showed the world people how revolutionaries have to uphold their leader.

Upon the receipt of stirring news that Kim Jong Il would be laid in state for perpetuity at the Kumsusan Palace of the Sun, all the people in the country have passionately devoted their sincerity to sprucing up the holy place of Juche. And they have showed their noble sense of obligation and sincerity in erecting his statues, mosaics depicting the portrait of him with smile and monuments to his on-the-spot instructions and field guidance. It comes to be an accepted way of life for officials and working people across the country to look up to his image whenever they are in joy or in difficulties.

The history of blood ties between Kim Jong Il and the Korean people will go down forever thanks to the warm loyalty of the people who absolutely believe in and follow the leader.
