Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Romanian committee for remembering Chairman Kim Jong Il, said that Kim Jong Il developed the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung by making energetic ideological and theoretical activities, and performed exploits for the Korean revolution and the cause of global independence.

He noted that thanks to the great devotion of Kim Jong Il the DPRK could rank itself among military powers and achieve miraculous successes in the struggle for the economic construction and the improvement of the people's standard of living despite the imperialists' vicious moves.

Nigatu Dagnachew, chairman of the Ethiopian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, praised Kim Jong Il for performing feats for the country, the people, the era and the history, and Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un for demonstrating to the world the might of the DPRK as a politico-ideological power and military power.

The chairman of the Algeria-Korea Friendship Association said that Kim Jong Il was an extraordinary elder statesman recognized by the world, a leader of the people with boundless humble and popular traits and a peerless great man who braved all ordeals of history with his outstanding leadership and developed the DPRK into a genuine country of people.
