Joint Meeting Held by Nepalese Organizations

Pyongyang, December 15 (KCNA) -- A joint meeting was held by the Nepalese National Committee for Remembering President Kim Il Sung and Comrade Kim Jong Il, the Nepal-Korea Friendship Association, the Nepal Journalist Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Politics, the Socialist Journalist Forum of Nepal for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Nepali Literary Forum for the Study of Songun Politics and the Study Forum for Self-Reliance of Nepal on December 7.

The meeting discussed issues on giving wide publicity to revolutionary careers and exploits of the peerlessly great men through media and organizing political and cultural events including remembrance meeting, seminar, film show and book and photo exhibition on the occasion of the 7th anniversary of the demise of Kim Jong Il, the 7th anniversary of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un's assumption of the supreme commandership of the Korean People's Army and the 101st birth anniversary of the anti-Japanese war heroine Kim Jong Suk.

Present there were figures of organizations of friendship and solidarity with the Korean people and organizations for the study of the Juche idea including the ex-minister of Land Reform and Management and the general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist).
