There took place a remembrance meeting in Libya, lecture meetings in Serbia and Brazil and round-table talks in Venezuela and Ethiopia from Nov. 30 to Dec. 8.

The chairperson of the Libyan committee for remembering Kim Jong Il said that a lot of people of Libya are well aware of the exploits of Kim Jong Il and successes achieved by the Korean people under his leadership and are struck with them.

The chairperson of the Serbian committee for remembering Kim Jong Il said that the world progressives recollect with deep emotion Kim Jong Il's revolutionary career with yearning and in humble reverence for him who made contributions to the happiness of the Korean people, the building of a powerful socialist country and the accomplishment of the cause of anti-imperialist independence.

The exploits Kim Jong Il performed all his life will be kept forever in the hearts of mankind, the chairperson added.

Figures of a hospital and the Oromia Designing Supervisory Office and other units in Ethiopia praised Kim Jong Il as the greatest man respected by the world as he devoted himself to the happiness of the people till the last moments of his life.
