The Russian newspaper Byvor and internet newspapers Edinaya Korea and Bremya Peremon introduced immortal revolutionary hymn "Song of General Kim Jong Il" under the title of "Great man immortal with hymn".

The newspaper Tsumenskaya Pravda devoted one whole page to an article titled "Kim Jong Il, leader of the people".

The article said:

HE Kim Jong Il of the DPRK is a genuine leader of the people who believed in the people and led the country in reliance upon them.

He ardently loved the people.

His warm loving care for the people finds its manifestation in his ceaseless field guidance of great devotion for the people whom he had regarded as the most precious and powerful being in the world and his teacher.

He regarded the interests of the people as the starting point of all his thinking and activities and devoted his all to translating their interests into reality. He was possessed of plain, humble, unreserved and popular traits.

He braved all ordeals of history with his outstanding leadership to glorify the DPRK as a genuine socialist state centered on the popular masses and provide a firm foundation for building a powerful country.

His noble image will be kept forever in the hearts of the Korean people and the world progressives.
