The scenario reflects the ill intention of Japan to purchase and develop ultra-modern weapons and equipment by spending a huge amount of money. Japan is to import ultra-modern stealth fighters and latest technical equipment from the U.S. and remodel the escort warship Izumo of its Maritime "Self-Defense Force" into an aircraft carrier, in particular.

All facts go to prove that Japan is going to betray its true colors as a militarist basilisk after shaking off the cloak of "peace."

Japan has pushed ahead with the scenario for turning itself into a military giant, desperately denying and hiding its long-cherished wild ambition for overseas aggression as a war criminal country.
