Syrian Embassy Hosts Reception

| Pyongyang, December 20 (KCNA) -- The Syrian embassy here hosted a reception on Thursday to mark the 27th anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il's assumption of the supreme commandership of the Korean People's Army. Invited to the reception were Thae Hyong Chol, president of Kim Il Sung University and minister of Higher Education, and officials concerned. Syrian Ambassador to the DPRK Tammam Sulaiman were on hand. Speeches were made. |
