In this regard, Rodong Sinmun Saturday in a commentary says:

The LKP wrapped its new policy in a cloth of "peace" and "cooperation", but it smacks of only confrontation and war.

The new policy of the LKP is little short of "denuclearization, opening and 3,000 dollars" and "confidence-building process" advertised by former conservative regimes, as it actually aims at covering up its sinister intention of confrontation with the fellow countrymen, which is steeped to the marrow of its bone.

The LKP put forward the "complete denuclearization of the north" as a prerequisite for realizing the new "policy towards the north" and forcibly linked the inter-Korean relations with the nuclear issue. This betrays the true look of the new policy. And the conservatives trumpeted about "denuclearization first and peace promotion next" and "economic cooperation in response to the progress in denuclearization", while touting the new policy. Herein lies their cunning trick to whip up confrontation between the north and the south under the pretext of the nuclear issue.

The group of traitors seeks to prolong their remaining days as politicians by winning popularity with sweet lies like "peace" and "cooperation", while barring the progress of inter-Korean relations under the pretence of the nuclear issue.

The LKP, a cancer-like entity standing in the way of achieving peace and reunification, should end itself, not resorting to wicked words to mislead the public sentiment.
