Christer Lundgren, chairman of the Sweden-Korea Friendship Association, praised Kim Jong Il as a prominent leader who illuminated the road ahead of the progressive people in the world.

Thanks to his direction, the DPRK could turn into a politico-ideological power and military power, he added.
