Touring several places of the construction site, Choe Ryong Hae called for conducting in an effective way the organizational and political work for instilling into the hearts of the masses the noble intention of the Party to provide the people with more highly civilized life. He also underlined the need to further improve the logistic supply and to increase the building tempo through the introduction of rational construction methods to suit to the work flow for each phase.

A field consultative meeting discussed the issue for the party organizations to actively help the units in charge of designing, construction and supervision to push forward the work for wonderfully sprucing up the Onchon area as the one of eternal value, and the issue for relevant units to timely ensure the supply of materials.
