The chairman of the Paektusan Czech-Korean Friendship Association said that Kim Jong Il is the eternal leader of the Korean people as he faithfully carried forward the idea and cause of President Kim Il Sung to defend socialism and the gains of the revolution and lay a firm foundation for building a powerful country.

He stressed that the exploits of Kim Jong Il, who devoted his life to the prosperity of the country, the happiness of the people, national reunification and the accomplishment of the cause of global independence, would be always remembered by the Korean people and the world progressives.

The chairman of the Association for the Study of the Juche Idea in Lvov, Ukraine said:

Comrade Kim Jong Il is a great revolutionary and patriot as he devoted his whole life to the prosperity of the country and the happiness of the people.

I pay my highest tribute to him for successfully pushing forward the cause of global independence under the banner of the Juche idea.

The chairman of the Philippines Committee for Remembering Chairman Kim Jong Il and the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Chile (Proletarian Action) highly praised the ideological and theoretical feats of Kim Jong Il and his leadership exploits to go down for all ages.

A message to Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was adopted at the remembrance meeting held in Bulgaria.

Meanwhile, a similar meeting was held by the Communist Party of the Soviet Union on December 10.
