Nepalese President Confirms Development of Friendly Relations with DPRK

Pyongyang, January 10 (KCNA) -- DPRK ambassador to Nepal Jo Yong Man presented his credentials to Bidya Devi Bhandari, president of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, on Monday. The president said that Nepal and the DPRK have maintained the long-standing friendly relations. Noting that invariable is the friendly feeling of the Nepalese people toward the Korean people, the president said the government of Nepal sincerely hopes that a durable peaceful climate will be created and prosperity provided in the Korean peninsula. He stressed that the Nepalese government would fully support the struggle of the government and people of the DPRK for ensuring peace and stability in the Korean peninsula in the international arenas. Confirming that he would make efforts to further develop the bilateral friendly relations, the president wholeheartedly wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and great success in his noble work for leading the Korean people's struggle to achieve peace, stability and development on the Korean peninsula. |
