The director of the Russian Institute of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said that Kim Jong Un's New Year Address serves as guidelines for bringing about a fresh turn in the building of a powerful socialist nation by the Korean people and in the development of the inter-Korean relations and external relations.

The deputy general secretary of the Central Committee of the Czechoslovak Communist Party, who is also chairman of the Paektusan Czech-Korean Friendship Association and chairman of the Czech Group for the Study and Materialization of the Juche Idea, said that Kim Jong Un's New Year Address is an inspiring banner giving hope to the world people who love peace as it clearly indicated the orientation and way of making a leap forward on all fronts of the socialist construction under the banner of self-reliance and ensuring a durable peace on the Korean peninsula.

The general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party-21 of the Czech referred to the fact that the New Year Address serves as a precious document for not only the Korean people but also the progressive people, communist parties and workers' parties in the world.

The secretary general of the Romania-Korea Friendship Association said that the Korean people, who are vigorously advancing, rallied close around Kim Jong Un, will continue to be on a winning streak in the confrontation with the hostile forces and thus demonstrate before the world the validity of the cause of socialism.
