Kim Kwang Ho, deputy secretary of the Skating Association of the DPRK, told KCNA that the tournament showed that all the players' skating skills have been further improved.

Players from the Ice Rink Juvenile Sports School came first in U-13 men's and women's individual events of the tournament and those from the Taesongsan Sports Team in U-15 men's and women's individual events.
