However, from the beginning of the year the south Korean military have put spurs to the introduction of military hardware from abroad and launched provocative war exercises against the requirements of the situation and the atmosphere of improved inter-Korean relations, stoking confrontation.

The south Korean military have to learn a lesson from the doom of the predecessors who were given due punishment by the people for their criminal acts of destroying the north-south relations with confrontation and war moves at the outsiders' beck and call, and desist from committing acts of straining the situation on the Korean peninsula.

All the Koreans who desire peace and reunification should never tolerate all the anti-reunification acts of blocking national reconciliation and unity and going against the development of inter-Korean relations and peace and prosperity.

Today when all the fellow countrymen want peace and prosperity, the south Korean authorities should not read outsiders' face but thoroughly observe and implement the north-south agreements so as to join the powerful, patriotic stream of all the fellow countrymen towards peace and reunification of the Korean peninsula.

All the fellow countrymen in north, south and abroad should staunchly oppose and reject the outsiders' moves for domination, interference and war of aggression and dangerous military conspiracies that follow in with them as they are contrary to the atmosphere of reconciliation between north and south.
