The seminars were attended by figures of various circles and people of those countries.

C. P. Mainali, chairman of the Nepal-Korea Friendship Association, gave an explanation of the New Year Address and then some figures said that the address is the line indicative of bright prospects of the building of a powerful country.

J. Lomvo, chairman of the Mongolian Mt. Paektu Association for Independent Development, and other speakers said that Kim Jong Un's New Year Address clearly indicates policies and the orientation of the DPRK this year including the building of the country's self-supporting economy, improvement of inter-Korean relations and DPRK-U.S. relations and development of the relations with all the peace-loving countries.

A meeting took place in Russia on Jan. 20 in support of his New Year Address.

L. A. Kobuizov, first secretary of the Amur Regional Branch Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, said that Kim Jong Un's New Year Address is a great programme clearly indicating the way for the improvement of inter-Korean relations, peace and prosperity on the Korean peninsula and national reunification and expressed full support for it.
