The law consisting of 48 articles in 5 chapters specifies the principles arising in the field of insam, formation of insam plot, cultivation and purchase of insam, production and sale of processed insam products and legal requirements to be observed in the guidance and control over this work.

The adoption of this law provides the legal guarantee for increasing insam production, one of specialties of the country, and further promoting the people's health.
