Chairman Kim Jong Il's Birth Anniversary to Be Marked in Ukraine

| Pyongyang, January 26 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for marking the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il was formed by the Association for the Study of the Juche Idea in Lvov, Ukraine on Jan. 16. Alexander Shapovalov, chairman of the association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. Discussed at an inaugural ceremony was an action program of the preparatory committee to mark the Day of the Shining Star. |
