The editorial revealed that former "Prime Minister" Hwang Kyo An worked hard to build up public opinion for party hegemony, while describing the dissolution of the Unified Progressive Party as his feat in the Taegu region after his accession to the "Liberal Korea Party" (LKP).

Against this backdrop, former Seoul Mayor O Se Hun accused the present "government's" policy, trying to improve his popularity, and former LKP Representative Hong Jun Phyo went mad to build up ill public opinion of Hwang Kyo An and O Se Hun.

Recalling this, the editorial held that the LKP representative election has become a final ground which will witness the desperate efforts of those political debris long been sentenced to death by the public.
