Day of Shining Star to Be Marked in Serbia

| Pyongyang, January 28 (KCNA) -- A Serbian national preparatory committee for marking the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il (Day of the Shining Star) was formed on January 21. Marijann Kubik, international secretary of the New Yugoslav Communist Party, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee set the celebration period from January 21 to February 17 and decided to organize political and cultural events in praise of the noble career and feats of Kim Jong Il. |
