Laser Drilling Machine Developed

| Pyongyang, January 30 (KCNA) -- A research group of Kim Chaek University of Technology in the DPRK has recently developed a lighter and high-performance laser drilling machine to be used at silk mills. This machine is able to drill a 180-220? hole into cocoon filament collector of silk reeling machine. The research group designed it as development-and-creation-oriented one, which is simple in installation and high in working efficiency. The machine is low in production cost and its drilling work can be set at will. The Songchon Silk Mill manufactured cocoon filament collectors with its own effort by introducing this machine to drastically boost the production. |
