The editorial said that with the party congress coming nearer, the "Liberal Korea Party" is at odds about the qualification of Hwang Kyo An, former "prime minister", for running for the representative of the party.

According to the party rules, Hwang can not run for the election to the representative as he was admitted to the party on Jan. 15, but he tries to run for the election, claiming that the rules can be modified. The editorial said, and went on:

The political party which does not hesitate to modify its rules for its purpose is the one of factions.

Hwang's running for election to the party representative is not worth mentioning, the editorial stressed.
