Message of Sympathy to Brazilian President

| Pyongyang, January 31 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Wednesday sent a message of sympathy to Jair Messias Bolsonaro, president of the Federative Republic of Brazil, over an unexpected collapse of a tailings dam at a mine in Brazil that claimed heavy human and material casualties. Offering deep sympathy and condolences to the president, and, through him, to the victims and their bereaved families, the message hoped that the Brazilian government would eradicate the aftermath of the disaster and bring the life of the people in the afflicted area to normal as early as possible. |
