Pak Pong Ju Inspects Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex, Chollima Steel Complex

Pyongyang, February 3 (KCNA) -- Pak Pong Ju, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and premier of the Cabinet, made a field survey of the Hwanghae Iron and Steel Complex and the Chollima Steel Complex.

Making rounds of various places of the complexes, he gave a pep talk to the workers who are bringing about a new revolutionary upswing in production.

The field consultative meetings discussed measures for all the officials and workers to decisively increase production true to the traditions of struggle in which they have faithfully upheld the WPK with steel and for relevant units to sufficiently supply raw and other materials for putting the production on a normal basis.

Pak also went to the Taean Heavy Machine Complex to call for putting spurs to the production of the custom-built equipment to be sent to various fields of national economy.
