Ri Su Yong Meets New Lao Ambassador

Pyongyang, February 4 (KCNA) -- Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, met and had a talk with Sisavath Khamsaly, new Lao ambassador to the DPRK, who paid a courtesy call on him on Monday.
