Speakers noted that President Kim Il Sung led the building of the regular armed forces after the country's liberation and developed the Korean People's Revolutionary Army into the regular revolutionary armed forces in a short period.

They praised Chairman Kim Jong Il as the illustrious commander of Mt. Paektu, who further consolidated the KPA as the Party's revolutionary armed forces, remaining faithful to Kim Il Sung's army-building idea and exploits.

They pointed out that the KPA is displaying its grandeur as militant ranks with politico-ideological features and perfect military and technical preparations as befits matchless army, creator of the people's happiness and shock brigade in building a powerful socialist nation under the guidance of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

They called upon the officials and members of the women's union to add eternal luster to the peerlessly great men's army-building exploits and work in a way worthy of a woman revolutionary in the grand march for economic construction.
