Day of Shining Star to Be Celebrated in Hungary

| Pyongyang, February 6 (KCNA) -- A Hungarian preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il (Day of the Shining Star) was formed in Budapest on Jan. 25. Gyula Thurmer, chairman of the Hungarian Workers' Party, was elected as chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to give wide publicity to the exploits of Kim Jong Il and personality of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un as a great man and organize political and cultural events including a lecture and film show on the threshold of the Day of the Shining Star. |
