| Pyongyang, February 7 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho sent a congratulatory message to Robert Dussey on his reappointment as minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration and Overseas Compatriots of the Republic of Togo on Feb. 4. Expressing the belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger in mutual interests, the message wished the minister successes in his work. |
