Rosanita Campos, vice-president of the Party for Free Motherland of Brazil, was elected as chairwoman of the preparatory committee.

The committee decided to organize colorful political and cultural events such as a celebration meeting and film show on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Kim Jong Il.
