Congratulatory Group of Koreans in Japan Visits Mangyongdae

Pyongyang, February 8 (KCNA) -- A congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan for celebrating Chairman Kim Jong Il's birth anniversary (the Day of the Shining Star) led by Ri Ju Hak, chairman of the Fukuoka Prefectural Headquarters of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung, on Friday.

Members of the group made rounds of the Mangyongdae Revolutionary Museum where historical data and mementoes showing the revolutionary activities of the President and his family members are on display.

At the old home of the President in Mangyongdae they looked round historical mementoes, being briefed on the immortal tale associated with the historic home which would shine long along with the revolutionary career of the President.
