The message sincerely wished African countries and their peoples great success in their efforts to realize the integrity of the continent, consolidate peace and stability and achieve independent and sustained economic development.

Expressing belief that the 32nd assembly of heads of state and government of the AU would serve as an important opportunity in achieving peace, stability and development of the continent to meet the common desire and interests of all the member states, the message extended once again the firm support and solidarity to the just cause and efforts of the African countries and peoples.
