He said that the world progressives would mark the 77th birth anniversary of Kim Jong Il before long.

He said that Kim Jong Il, who carried forward President Kim Il Sung's idea and cause, dynamically advanced the revolutionary cause of Juche.

He pointed out that Kim Jong Il consolidated the single-minded unity of the Korean society based on the Juche idea in every way and strengthened the capability for self-defence, thus laying a firm foundation for the country's prosperity.

He said:

He set a world's example in the struggle against the imperialists' high-handed and arbitrary practices.
