2019-2020 Plan of Cultural Cooperation Signed between DPRK and Russia

Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) -- The 2019-2020 plan of cultural cooperation was signed between the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries and the Russian Ministry of Culture at the Mansudae Assembly Hall on Wednesday.

Present at the signing ceremony from the DPRK side were Kim Jong Suk, chairwoman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, and officials concerned and from the Russian side were Alexandr Matsegora, Russian ambassador to the DPRK, and his embassy officials.

Kim Jong Suk and Alexandr Matsegora inked the plan.
