DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho and his Vietnamese counterpart Pham Binh Minh had an in-depth exchange of opinions of the issue of further expanding and developing the traditional friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries provided by President Kim Il Sung, the great leader of the Korean people, and President Ho Chi Minh, the respected leader of the Vietnamese people, and regional and international issues of mutual concern and reached a consensus of views.
