The organizations said that owing to the agreement concluded on Feb. 10, the expenses for the upkeep of the U.S. forces have increased more than those in the periods of Lee Myung Bak and Park Geun Hye regimes when the south-north relations hit the worst phase.

They disclosed that the agreement is a humiliating one utterly serving the U.S. illegal and unreasonable demand for increased expenses and goes against the situation towards peace and reunification and the desire of the south Korean people.
