Present at the meeting were families of Chinese related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle, the DPRK ambassador to China and his embassy members.

The participants in the meeting laid a floral basket and bouquets at the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

Speeches were made at the meeting.

Yu Ming, son of Li Zade, said that taking part in the remembrance meeting held on the occasion of the 77th birth anniversary of Kim Jong Il, the yearning for him grew stronger.

Zhang Jinlu, daughter of Zhang Wei-hua, said that Chairman Kim Jong Un is successfully carrying forward the loving care of President Kim Il Sung and General Kim Jong Il, recalling that Kim Jong Il took warm care of the families of Chinese related to the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle in his lifetime.

Zhou Wei, daughter of Zhou Baozhong, said that President Kim Il Sung and HE Kim Jong Il are the great men who accomplished the cause of building the Party, state and army in the DPRK and wisely led the cause of socialist construction.
