The sheetlet reflects some of the gifts presented to the Chairman by state leaders of various countries

It carries a double-faced embroidery piece presented by President of China Jiang Zemin in May 2000, a lacquer treasure box by President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin in March 2002, a crocodile skin bag by President of the Council of State of Cuba Fidel Castro Ruz in February 1997 and an ivory carving by President of Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso in March 1981.

Seen on the upper part of the sheetlet are letters "In Celebration of the 77th birth anniversary of the great leader Comrade Kim Jong Il" and "Juche 31 (1942)-Juche 108 (2019)".

And on its lower part are words that more than 40,040 gifts presented to Chairman Kim Jong Il by heads of parties, states and governments of various countries around the world and other foreigners are displayed and preserved at the International Friendship Exhibition House as of October, Juche 107 (2018).
