First-term Winter Camping Starts

| Kanggye, February 16 (KCNA) -- The first-term winter camping started in Jangjasan Children's Camp on the occasion of the Day of the Shining Star (birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il). Taking part in the camping were schoolchildren from across the country. A report and speeches were made at the starting ceremony held on Saturday. Present at the ceremony were Kim Jae Ryong, chairman of the Jagang Provincial Party Committee, Ri Hyong Gun, chairman of the Jagang Provincial People's Committee, officials concerned, officials and teaching staff of the camp and campers. |
