There are many hurdles and challenges in the advance of the DPRK, but it is making steady leaps forward, full of vibrant youthfulness and hope as it has the young people who have firmly armed themselves with the revolutionary spirit of Paektu and patriotism.

The amazing reality that has witnessed the DPRK, once extremely backward, emerged as an invincible socialist state, prosperous with self-support and strong with self-defense, would have been unthinkable without the lofty ambition, ardent patriotism and painstaking quest of young scientists and technicians.

The genuine youth vanguard loyal to the intention of the WPK is just the brave performer who brings about quantitative and qualitative changes beyond established customs and existing formulas and carries out any work with lightning speed. With the hot wind of making great leap forward and innovation, a series of successes for building a powerful nation will be surely made at every post they hold.

All the youth should demonstrate the honor of the advancing group on all fronts of socialist construction with the ardent patriotic will to build the dignified DPRK into the best country admired by the world.
