New Stamps Issued
Pyongyang, February 20 (KCNA) -- The State Stamp Bureau of the DPRK issued new stamps (a sheetlet and four individuals) in commemoration of the renovation of the Korea Stamp Museum.

Seen on the upper part of the sheetlet are letters "In Commemoration of Renovation of Korea Stamp Museum" and "Juche 108 (2019)", and on its centre the stamps showing interior and exterior views of the renovated museum, "Munwi", the first stamp of the feudal Joson dynasty (1392-1910), and "Samsonam" and "Mugunghwa", first stamps issued in Korea after its liberation.

The Korea Stamp Museum, which was inaugurated on April 15, Juche 101 (2012) on the occasion of the centenary of the birth of President Kim Il Sung, has been splendidly renovated on February 16, Juche 108 (2019) on the occasion of the 77th birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

Meanwhile, the individual stamps show rice cake made with refrigerated potato, cold vegetable dish with green gram paste, pudding-like arrowroot-starch cake and steamed terrapin, health foods with high medicinal properties.
