Attending the festival under the theme of "The spirit of self-reliance and the might of science and technology" are teachers, researchers, graduate students and students of the university.

The festival, divided into 12 panels including basic science, electronics and automation, IT, agriculture and bio-engineering, medical appliances and pharmacy is to be held in the forms of presentation and exhibition of sci-tech achievements and ideas, exhibition contest among different units and exchange of new technologies.

Presented to the festival were more than 300 achievements made in their scientific researches and over 80 scientific ideas.
