Seminars on Chairman Kim Jong Il's Feats Held Abroad

Pyongyang, February 22 (KCNA) -- Seminars on feats of Chairman Kim Jong Il took place in Nepal, Kyrgyzstan, Uganda, DR Congo and Ethiopia from Jan. 29 to Feb. 8 to mark his birth anniversary (Day of the Shining Star). The general secretary of the Central Committee of the Nepal Communist Party (Marxist-Leninist) who is former deputy prime minister of the Nepalese government said that Kim Jong Il who was born in Mt Paektu led the Korean revolution pioneered by President Kim Il Sung to victory. He said that Kim Jong Il paved a firm road for carrying forward and accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche by developing in depth the revolutionary idea of the President. He noted that Kim Jong Il firmly defended the destiny of the country and nation and the world peace with the Songun treasured sword in the grim period when the imperialist allied forces were getting extremely frantic in the move to isolate and stifle the DPRK after the demise of the President. The chairman of the Central Council of the People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party who is the chief of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in Kyrgyzstan praised Kim Jong Il for his ideological and theoretical feats and Songun leadership exploits for the country and people. Speakers at the seminar held in Uganda praised Kim Jong Il for developing the DPRK into an invincible powerful country and contributing to the accomplishment of the cause of global independence by leading the struggle of the Korean people under the banner of the Juche idea. The chairman of the Ethiopian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and other personages lauded the feats of Kim Jong Il. A message of greeting to Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar held in Nepal. |
